Large tangential rotary table with a good sound. Produced in fairly significant quantities, In 1979, sold for 180,000 ¥. Yamaha PX-2 uses a linear tracking lever for its part of tonearm with excellent tracking ability. In addition, the dish is controlled by a 4-phase 8-pole painless choloid motor with an initial torque of at least 1 kg-cm. The PX-2 has easy-to-use, fully automatic control functions and is the best in playback systems.
